Abstract

Abstract : Perfectionism is an education system that can be found in several universities, high schools, and vocational schools in Indonesia. Ketarunaan is an educational system that applies military principles with the aim of shaping the character of students, but the application of the principle is not a purely military principle. This research was conducted with the aim to describe things that cover the role of character-based character education in the form of disability in shaping student discipline at school. This study uses descriptive qualitative research research data in the form of exposure in the form of interviews. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. The instrument used to collect data in the form of human instruments, the researchers themselves. To maintain data validity, data triaggulation is used. Data analysis activities start from the stage of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the results of the study in the formation of disciplinary students in character-based character education schools put forward the school rules and programs of disability, through example, habituation, punishment and rewards where the school rules and programs in their application were very good for shaping the discipline of students in SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro this is evidenced by the reduction in violations that occurred at the school.
