Abstract
Abstract: Civic education is one of the compulsory teaching subject for students. One of the roles of civic education is a nationalism education. However, in this era globalization,the attitude of nationalism has begun to be eroded from the younger generation,especially student. This is also experienced by student at MTS Darul Ulum Kepohbaru. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing learning strategy in instilling an attitude of nationalism in class VII student at MTS Darul Ulum Kepohbaru in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 1 PPKn teacher and 8 students of Darul Ulum Kepohbaru MTs. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, observation and documentation cannot be ruled. Keyword : PPKn teacher strategy nationalism,student
