Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study is to describe (1) aspects of the life of the main character in Asma Nadia's novel Sehidup Sesurga Denganmu, (2) Describe the analysis of sociological aspects of literature in Asma Nadia's novel Sehidup Sesurga Denganmu with learning Indonesian in High School. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Using this approach because the researcher wants to describe the novel as life as heaven with you by Asma Nadia through words or sentences. The source of the data used in this research is the novel Sehidup Sesurga Denganmu by Asma Nadia in 2018 with a thickness of 329 pages. The data collection technique used is library technique. The library technique is a data collection technique using written sources. The The results of this study indicate that the novel Sehidup Sesurga Denganmu by Asma Nadia contains (1) sociological aspects of literature related to (a) social aspects, there are 9 quotations, (b) economic aspects, there are 14 quotations. , (c) ethical aspects there are 7 quotes, (d) family aspects there are 5 quotes, (e) legal aspects there are 5 quotes.The relationship between the sociology of literature and learning in high school is of course very closely related to the discussion of novel literary works contained in the curriculum, namely in KD 3.9 which reads to analyze the content and language of the novel with indicators to identify the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of a novel . This is in accordance with learning in high school, especially class XII with existing basic competencies, so that the novel Sehidup Sesurga Denganmu can be used as learning material for students in discussions related to novel analysis.
