Keywords: grammatical aspect, lexical aspect, learning in high school This study aims to describe the use of grammatical and lexical aspects in Najwa Shihab's interview dialogue entitled "Restoring the Menkes Chair" and its relationship to Indonesian language learning in high school. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Research data in the form of linguistic exposure from audio and visual contained in Najwa Shihab's interview which was then translated into written form to study the grammatical and lexical aspects contained in the interview dialogue. The method used is the method of listening, uploading notes.Based on the results of the data analysis, three conclusions were obtained from the results of the study as follows. First, the use of grammatical aspects contained in the interview dialogues of Najwa Shihab and Budi Gunadi Sadikin in the form of reference (reference), ellipsis, duplication (substitution), and conjunction (conjunction). Second, the use of lexical aspects contained in the interview dialogues of Najwa Shihab and Budi Gunadi Sadikin consists of repetition (repetition), synonyms (words match), antonyms (opposite words), hyponymy (top-down relationships). Third, the relationship between grammatical and lexical aspects in Najwa Shihab and Budi Gunadi Sadikin's interview dialogue with class X even semester learning with basic competence (KD) 3.6 distinguishing types of meaning (connotative and denonative meaning, grammatical and lexical meaning, figurative and straightforward meaning, referential and non-referential meanings, general and specific meanings, changes and shifts in word meanings, and word meaning relationships).
