Abstract

Abstract: In distance learning during covid-19, there are many applications or learning models that are used by teachers and lecturers. One of the application is the Google Classroom. Google Classroom is an internet-based service provided by google as a learning system. In Google Classroom, there must be obstacles and challenges faced by teachers and students. But in addition there are also benefits provided. This study aims to find out the effect of using Google Classroom on learning outcomes of senior high school students as a learning medium during the covid-19 pndemic. This research conducter to answer the research problem what is the effect of using Google Classroom on the learning outcomes of senior high school students as a learning medium during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a case study research design as a qualitative research branch. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaire. Based on the analysis, above it can be concluded that learning outcomes are changes in student behavior both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor which are manifested in the form of numbers, letters, or symbols. While in this study the learning outcomes seen in the learning process are cognitive learning outcomes in the form of grades after completing the learning process using Google Classroom. And in this study, from all the data obtained, the author concludes that Google Classroom is suitable for use in distance learning during the pandemic.
