Abstract

Abstract : Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Currently the use of the internet is no stranger to promoting products to be sold. In this regard, it is necessary to discuss the analysis of social media as a promotional media and online customer review of purchasing decisions at Beaqis Olshop. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing social media as a promotional media and online customer review of purchasing decisions at Beaqis Olshop. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection researchers used interviews and documentation. Researchers use source triangulation, which is to compare the results of interviews between primary sources with secondary sources so that they get valid conclusions Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Beaqis Olshop uses social media Whatsapp, Instagram and Shopee as one of its promotional media. Beaqis olshop also uses the Online Customer Review feature that can convince buyers before buying the product, because there people who have finished buying can give a good or bad review of the goods that have been purchased.
