Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of the coffee shop business, to determine the income and to determine the break-even point (BEP) of the coffee shop business in Padangan District. In collecting data the researchers used interview techniques. While in the discussion, descriptive method is used, which is a method that describes the situation that occurs in the field systematically. From the results of research on the level of income and the break-even point of the coffee shop business, it shows that the total income received by coffee shop entrepreneurs in Padangan District is Rp. 5.226.000/month, while judging from the BEP calculation, the business unit is classified as profitable, namely being able to sell 3300 cups of coffee/month while its break-even point is at 443 glasses/month. the business is able to earn a profit of Rp. 5,226,000 while based on the calculation of its break-even point it is at Rp. 1,331,147.
