Abstract

Abstract : This study uses online learning media as the independent variable and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable. Based on a review conducted by researchers at Junior High School 1 Trucuk. The population in this study were class VII students of Junior High School 1 Trucuk with the research sample consisting of 2 classes obtained using a nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling type, namely class VII-A, totaling 29 students as Zoom Meet Class to use Zoom Meet learning and class VII-B with a total of 29 students as a conventional class for learning in the form of giving a microsoft word file. This research is an experiment with a quasi-experimental type. The data analysis technique of this research includes a prerequisite test consisting of a normality test, homogeneity test, balance test, and hypothesis testing. This research was carried out to find out whether online learning using Zoom Meet in Class VII was effective during the Covid-19 pandemic in Social Science Lessons at Junior High School 1 Trucuk. The results in this study state that online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic using Zoom Meet learning media in Social Science Lessons is effective. Based on the results of the t test, it was concluded that online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic using Zoom Meet learning media in Social Science Lessons was effective. (tobs = 5,252 > 1,673= ttable). Keyword: Online Learning, Zoom Meet Learning Media, learning outcomes.
