Abstract
Abstrak The successful implementation of learning or not achieving educational goals depends on how the learning process is carried out by students as students. the COVID-19 pandemic demands that learning be carried out online.This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the role of teachers in online learning through the Zoom Meeting application in Economics Class XI subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Soko, Tuban Regency. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative analysis method using primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documentation which was then carried out by triagulation analysis to obtain appropriate results. Based on the results of the analysis and findings in this study, it can be concluded that teachers have an important role in the implementation of learning carried out using the zoom meeting application, the implementation of learning is carried out in three stages, namely the initial stage, the core stage or implementation of learning and the final stage or closing stage. The teacher's role in the implementation of online learning is as a corrector, inspiration, informator, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, mentor, demonstrator, class manager, mediator, supervisor and evaluator. Meanwhile, the obstacle faced is the poor cellular network owned by students. Keyword: Teacher's Role, Online Learning, Zoom Meeting Application
