Abstract

A learning needs an analysis of the mistakes made by students during the evaluation of learning. This is very necessary because it is to see the extent of student understanding in the learning. Researchers in analyzing students on flat shapes use learning creativity and SOLO Taxonomy theory, in which there are several points to see the level of student errors including, Prestructure, Unistructural, Multistructural, Relational, and Extended Abstract. This research was carried out by researchers with the aim of classifying the level of errors made by students in the theory of constructing data based on the SOLO Taxonomy Theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with the researcher acting as the key instrument or main instrument. Sources of data in this study were seventh grade students of MTs SA Miftahul Hikmah Parengan. Data was collected using test and interview techniques. To maintain the validity of the data, data triangulation activities were carried out. The triangulation used by the researcher is triangulation of data sources. Based on the analysis of the data, the first is the levels of errors made by students in understanding the flat shape material based on the SOLO Taxonomy theory, namely students making prestructure errors, students making unistructural errors, students making multistructural errors, students making relational errors, Extended Abstract.
