Abstract

Abstract The Objectives of the study were to analyzed the extent to which the English textbook Let’s Talk in English relevant to the sixth grade of elementary school curriculum and to analyzed of the quality of the textbook Let’s Talk in English based on the criteria of the sixth grade of elementary school curriculum. The subject of the study is the English teacher of sixth-grade in elementary schools of Jumok I and Jumok II of Ngraho District Bojonegoro. The instrument of collecting data used by researcher was analyzed by using Evaluation table and questionnaire. The result Based on the data presentation in the forms of number from table frequency which the frequency of basic competence in this textbook has 100% percentage in range scoring included in score 4 because the textbook fulfill more than 95% criteria in basic competence in curriculum 2013. And the reliability coefficient for the questionnaire if the value of instrument more than 0,60 the instrument is reliable. As same as this textbook has a good quality which include all the learners skill need. Keywords/Kata Kunci: Textbook analysis, Basic Competence, Competence Standard
