Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to find out how the role of PPKn teacher in increasing the awareness of VIII MTs. Miftahul Huda Dander students to comply with school rules. Using this type of qualitative research with informants 1 PPKn teacher class VIII and 4 students from a total population of 79 students in class VIII using probability sampling technique. Collecting data in this study by interview, observation and documentation. To get valid data, the researcher uses source or data triangulation techniques. Data analysis activities start from the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that the role of PPKn teacher in increasing students' awareness of the importance of obeying the rules was divided into 2 points, namely PPKn teacher acted as motivators and role models. As a motivator, PPKn teacher always provide direction inside and outside the classroom regarding school rules and regulations. Meanwhile, as a role model, PPKn teacher always teach on time and dress neatly. Keyword : The Role of PPKn Teacher, Student Awareness, and rules
