Abstract

With the Covid-19, there has been a change in the education system, which started out as face-to-face learning, which later turned into online learning. therefore schools cannot do face-to-face learning directly but must do online learning, one of which is SMA Negeri 1 Baureno Bojonegoro which has implemented in one class, namely class X IPS 3 which uses the learning media google classroom, with the passage of time experiencing obstacles or obstacles that cause student learning difficulties. This study aims to determine the learning difficulties of students in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic with the help of Google Classroom media in economics class X Social Sciences SMA Negeri 1 Baureno Bojonegoro. The type of research method used is qualitative research. The data were obtained by structured interviews with students of class X IPS 3 (as the main data) and interviews with economics teachers who teach class X IPS 3 (as supporting data). Data collection techniques used are observation (observation), interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the students of class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Baureno Bojonegoro had difficulty learning during the covid-19 pandemic with the help of google classroom media because of the obstacles or obstacles they faced such as signals or internet connections, difficulty understanding the material, internet quotas. , RAM (Random Access Memory), learning environment and so on. And there are several efforts that can overcome Finding a conducive learning place and there is a signal, focusing while learning online and not opening other applications such as WA or games, being active during online learning and asking the teacher if there is material that has not been understood.
