Abstract

This research was conducted because the Reallocation of the Use of Village Funds in 2020 which caused many activities or programs to be abolished, there is Covid-19 which required the Village Government to allocate Village Funds for the disaster, emergency and urgent village fields, namely to handle and cope with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic at Pojok Village. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of village funds for direct cash assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic at Pojok Village. This study uses a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the researcher used primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the theory of Miles and Hubberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. The conclusion of this research are, namely: Changes in the Village Government Budget during the Covid-19 pandemic, planning and reallocating village funds for BLT-DD, criteria and mechanisms for distributing BLT-DD, impact reallocation of village funds in Pojok Village, solutions for resolving the impact of reallocation of village funds for the Pojok Village government.
