Abstract

The existence of textbooks cannot be separated from the applied curriculum. When the old curriculum is replaced, the material and content of the textbooks must be adapted to the new curriculum. This analysis examines the suitability of the Indonesian LKS Book for Class Vll Issued by CV. Gema Nusa with the syllabus for Indonesian subjects in the 2013 curriculum on the selection and gradation side, it is hoped that with this research the reader is able to see the compatibility of the LKS books and the syllabus in the 2013 curriculum. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative, using the method of discourse analysis and in-depth observation as the standard for analyzing. The data source of this research is primary data in the form of Indonesian class VII worksheets, published by CV. Gema Nusa Curriculum 2013 and secondary data in the form of books, journals, and theses as research references. Based on the results of the analysis of textbooks, it can be concluded that the Indonesian LKS book issued by CV. Gema Nusa Curriculum 2013 has conformity to the syllabus of Indonesian subjects Curriculum 2013. Both in terms of selection and gradation with indications of similarities between the syllabus in the LKS and the syllabus of the 2013 curriculum as a whole. can be categorized as a textbook with good quality. It is hoped that this research can be a trigger for future researchers. Keywords : Text Book, Book Selection, Book Gradation
