Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the difference in learning outcomes of students whose learning is Blended Learning using the Google Classroom application and students whose learning is Blended Learning using the WhatsApp application in economic subjects, the subject matter of International Trade, students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Dander in the academic year 2021/2022. This type of research is quasi-experimental, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Dander totaling 80 students. Data was collected using 3 ways, namely, documentation, observation, and tests. The test instrument used is the test of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discriminatory power. Initial prerequisite tests are normality test, homogeneity test, and balance test. While the final prerequisite tests are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: There are differences in learning outcomes between students whose learning is Blended Learning using the Google Classroom application and students whose learning is Blended Learning using the WhatsApp application on student learning outcomes in economic subjects, the subject of International Trade in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Dande Academic Year 2021/2022, that the value of t_"count" (1.831) is greater than the value of t_"table" (1.643).
