Abstract
This study aims to determine the right strategy to increase sales. This research was conducted on 17 -20 May 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is DwiKaryator's wood craft. Where data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis, SWOT analysis is used to systematically identify various factors and formulate a company's strategy. SWOT analysis produces several strategies, so it requires a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to find out the right strategy formula to be applied in the business. The results showed that the right strategy to be applied in Mr. Dwi's business was using e-commerce to increase promotions with the highest TAS of (0.60).
