Abstract

This study discusses moral values in the novel Penaka by Altami. N.D. This research is motivated by the many moral values contained in it which can build positive character for readers. This study aims to describe the form of conveying moral values used by the author in the nocel Penaka by Altami. N.D and describe how relationship between the form of moral contained in the novel Penaka karya Altami. N.D with learning Indonesian in high school. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is descriptive in nature, the data collection tool used to capture data is by carefully reading a literary work and then presenting it in the form of a table containing identification of the data. Then for the data analysis technique here we use the observation technique in a literary work, namely Altami’s Penaka novel N.D Keywords: Moral Values, Novel.
