Rahayu, Yuni Puji. 2023. The effect of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of grade X students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu in 2022/2023. This study aims to (1) prove whether there is an influence of self-efficacy on the learning achievement of grade X students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu (2) To prove whether or not there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of grade X students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu (3) To prove whether or not there is an influence of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of grade X students in the eyes of economics students at SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu. This study is a comparative causal study. This research is an ex-post facto type of research because it reveals facts that have happened. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu for the 2022/2023 school year consisting of 8 classes, namely with a total of 280 students. The sample in this study was 74 students. The type of sample used in this study was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using the questionnaire validity test, and the reliability test using Alpha Cronbach's formula Data analysis techniques are with (1) Classical prerequisite tests: homogeneity test, normality test and linearity test, (2) regression analysis: multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determinant coefficient, (4) hypothesis test: partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f). The results showed (1) self-efficacy affects the learning achievement of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu. This can be seen from the results of the t test with tcount value = 5.304 and ttable = 1.666 so that tcalculate ttable > or t signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) emotional intelligence affects the learning achievement of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu. This can be seen from the t test with tcount value = 7.636 and ttable = 1.666 so that tcalculate ttable > or t signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) self-efficacy and emotional intelligence affect the learning achievement of grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kalitidu. This can be seen from the results of the f test with a Fcalculate result of 55,507 greater than Ftable of 3.12 or can be seen from the signification value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. And obtained determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.610 or 61%. Keywords: Self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, learning achievement.
