Abstract
Riwanto, P., R. 2023. The influence of interest in becoming a teacher on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at the IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Science Education, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro, Advisor (I) Dr. Fruri Stevani, M.Pd., (II) Boedy Irhadtanto, S.T., M.Pd. The research objective was to find out how much influence the interest in becoming a teacher has on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at the IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. . This study uses a type of quantitative research. The number taken was 49 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and analyzed by simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence between the interest in becoming a teacher on the student's decision to choose an economics education study program. The test results for this researcher obtained a tcount > ttable (3.889 > 1.680) with a significance <0.05. This means that
