Keywords: Analysis, Novels, Characterizations, Educational Values, Learning Indonesian in High School This study aims to describe the Characterizations and Educational Values of Tere Liye's Novel Sesuk and their relationship to Indonesian Language Learning in Senior High Schools. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques using listening techniques, notes and library techniques. Data was validated using source triangulation and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interpretive by relying on imaginative, intuitive, and creative powers. The results of this study indicate that there are characterizations and educational values. The characterizations include (a) Main character: Girl. (b) Additional Characters: Father, Mother, Bagus, Ragil, Tono, Grandmother, Tiur, Tono's mother, teacher, mother's assistant, Doctor Sesuk, Jongan, Pakde, DO10, and residents. (c) Protagonist: Girl, Granny, and Mother. (d) Antagonist Figures; Resident. (e) Simple Characters: Granny and Ibu Tono (f) Round Characters: Good (g) Static Characters; Ragil, Granny, Bagus, and the Girl. (h) Developing Stores; Nice and Tono. (i) Typical Character; Mother, and Motorcycle Driver. (j) Neutral Characters: Ragil, Bagus, and Doctor Sesuk. There are four types of educational values in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye, including (a) the value of religious education; (b) The value of moral education; (c) The value of social education; (d) The value of cultural education. As well as its relationship with learning Indonesian in high school in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye.
