Analysis of the main character's personality aspect and educational value in the novel Luka Cita by Valerie Patkar and its relationship with Indonesian language learning in high school has the research objective of describing and explaining the personality aspects of the main character in the novel Luka Cita by Valerie Patkar, describing and explaining the value of education in the novel, and describe and explain the relationship between the main character's personality aspects and educational values in Valerie Patkar's Novel Luka Cita with Indonesian language learning in high school. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. This study describes the data in a systematic, detailed, and in-depth manner and the results of data analysis obtained by researchers are in the form of sentences that form paragraphs. The presence of researchers is very important, because researchers act as research instruments as well as data collectors. The research object in this research is the novel Luka Cita by Valerie Patkar as the data source in this research. The data collection technique in this study is data analysis, namely identifying data, data classification, data analysis, data description and data interpretation. Checking the validity of the data in this study used triangulation techniques of existing sources, methods and theories. Based on data analysis, the researcher found that personality aspects of the main character Utara Pramayoga 6 aspects of personality, namely the personality aspect of gapassionerdeen (great person) consisting of being hard 3 data, emotional 3 data, personality aspect cholerici (fierce person) consisting of cheerful 3 data, studious 3 data, flagmariciti personality aspect (calm person) consists of patient 3 data, sentimental personality aspect (seducing person) consists of keeping away from noise 3 data, nerveuzen personality aspect (nervous person) consists of like to protest 3 data, sangunichi personality aspect (nervous person) childish) consists of hesitating 5 data, sticking to the conviction 3 data. the character Javier Killan Sjahlendra found 4 aspects of gapasionerdeen personality (great person) consisting of being hard 3 data, aspects of personality cholerici (fierce people) consisting of optimism 3 data, aspects of sentimental personality (person seducing) consisting of influencing others 3 data, distancing himself from noise 3 data. , the nervousuzen personality aspect (nervous person) consists of 3 data threatening others, 4 data aggressive, and from the value of education found 3 data, moral education value 7 data, social education value 5 data, character education value 3 data.
