Abstract
Abstract: The Role of Women Dual Career (Career Women Dual Role Conflict reviewed in Islamic Perspective). Pros and cons going on in the community about law career woman, career women urgency to the impact of the career woman. People are starting to open up to women’s career by saying that women’s career allowed by religion as long as a woman does not violate nature. However, some people worried about the woman’s career, because in many cases the career women are often not able to strike a balance between its role in the home and in the work that ultimately resulted in the failure in one of these roles, or even both. Actually, Islam does not forbid women to have a career, but Islam requires that women do the job (career) that do not conflict with her feminine nature and not confine their rights at work. Work performed must be able to maintain her honor, glory, serenity, and avoid her of harassment, as well as conduct contrary to Islamic Shari’a. A career woman must be able to resolve the issue of family conflict and work that often contradict each other. Keywords: Women’s career, Dual Role Conflict, Islamic Perspective
