Abstract
Abstract This study was conducted to prove the existence of the influence learning model Problem Based Instruction Through the discussion on the results of the economic study . The study population was class X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sumberrejo academic year 2014/2015 with a total population of 90 students. The sampling technique used in this study using cluster random sampling . Technical analysis of the data in this study include the normality test with Chi squared method , homogeneity test using Bartlett test , the average balance test using t test and test hypotheses using parametric statistical tests two parties. Conclusions from the analysis of these data is no effect of the application of problem-based learning model of instruction ( pbi ) through a discussion on the results of the economic study graders x sma muhammadiyah 2 Sumberrejo the school year 2014/2015 .
