Abstract

ABSTRACK This research has purpose to know influence 1) servis to consumer satisfaction, and 2) consumer satisfaction to school cooperative. This research took place at SMPN 3 Cepu school cooperative in Cepu by using the students of class VII A and VII C as respondents of the research. This research hypothesis prove using random sampling technique. The result of this research 1) there is influence of service to consumer satisfaction of school cooperative SMPN 3 Cepu, 2) servis also have positive significant effect on student satisfacition or consumer, and 3) servis also have positive effect directly to student or consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service, Customer Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan 2) kepuasan konsumen terhadap koperasi sekolah. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di koperasi sekolah SMPN 3 CEPU di cepu dengan menggunakan siswa-siswi kelas VII A dan VII C sebagai responden penelitiannya. Pembuktian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik random sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini 1) terdapat pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen koperasi sekolah SMPN 3 Cepu, 2) pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa atau konsumen, dan 3) pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif secara langsung atau tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan siswa atau konsumen.
