Abstract

ABSTARCT This study aims to describe: 1). The implementation of financial management in SMA PGRI Sumberrejo. 2). Implications of school financial management in improving the quality of education in SMA PGRI Sumberrejo. This research is qualitative research and descriptive research method of data collection technique used is interview, observation, documentation. The analytical technique used in the researchs is descriptive qualitative analysis. The implementation of financial management education includes financial planning, financial budgeting and financial evaluation. Finantial planning in the form of budget preparation consist of budget and school expenditure (APBS) and development of budget and expense of school (APBS). Education budgeting activities include the receipts of funds and expenditures. The last financial management activity is evaluation of the acceptance and accountability of financial to the school financial supervisor. While the source of funding in SMA PGRI Sumberrejo comes from students who include the registration fee, the annual activity money, tuition every month, sourced from the foundation, sourced from the government, voluntary donations, material donations and building donations. The implications of financial management in improving the quality of education in SMA PGRI Sumberrejo can be seen from the allocation of funds in the RAPBS in the allocation of funds for students in the form of extracurricular activities, the allocation of funds for teachers through improving teacher profesionalisme in the form of salaries and allowances, the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure that is by way of improvement facilities and maintenance.
