Abstract

Abstract This study consists of two variables, namely performance of teachers of independent variables or independent variables (X) and student learning achievement dependent variable / dependent or variable (Y). The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence performance of teachers on student learning achievement toward social science subjects class VII SMP KARTAYUDA WADO KEDUNGTUBAN. Subjects in this study are students of class X, while the object is the influence of classroom management on student learning achievement. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP KARTAYUDA WADO KEDUNGTUBAN consisting of three classes with the number of students as much as 128 children, while the sample amounted to 32 children, To take samples from each class using the technique of sampling (Simple Random Sampling) Collecting sample members of the population at random. Data collection was done through questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test and t test, writer using the aid of computer device through SPSS for windows program. Based on data analysis, Tests on regression coefficient performance of teachers level (X), t value is 4.932 and t-table value is 1.693 with significance level of 0.000 <0,05 and its t-value is bigger than t-table value, Then obtained the test results that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that "There is a significant influence between the independent variable performance of teachers(X) on student learning achievement in the subjects of Economics class VII SMP KARTAYUDA WADO KEDUNGTUBAN or in other words significant regression coefficient."
