Abstract

ABSTRAK Keywords: Teacher's creativity, student's activity, student's ability to read chart The purpose of this research are: (1) Is there any significant influence between teacher's creativity to student's ability in reading graph in economy class XI SMAN 1 Tambakrejo? (2) Is there a significant influence between students 'activeness on students' ability in reading graphs on economic subjects of class XI SMAN 1 Tambakrejo? (3) Is there a significant influence between teachers 'creativity and student activeness to students' ability in reading charts on economic subjects of class XI SMAN 1 Tambakrejo ?. Data collection was done by distributing a number of questionnaires and tests to all samples. Before the questionnaire was first disseminated the authors test the valid and reliable questionnaire using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Researchers also use SPSS 17 for Windows to test the Normality, multiple regression, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. Multiple coefficient values together between teacher creativity and student activeness to students' ability in reading graphs on economic subjects In this analysis shows that the value of R of 0.624 indicates that the correlation or the relationship between the ability of students in reading graphs with independent variables is strong. The definition of "strong" because the numbers above 0.5. The number R2 or coefficient of determination is 0.389 (derived from 0.624 x 0.624). This means that 38.9% variation of students' ability to read graph can be explained by variation and dependent variable, while the rest is explained by other variable variables outside this research. Partially, the creativity of teacher influenced 0,014 and activity of student influenced 0,000 significantly to student ability in reading graph which mean smaller than probability value 5% (ρ = 0,005). Simultaneously, teacher creativity and student activity have value of sig 0,001 less than α = 0,05 (0,001> 0,05), meaning H0 is rejected and H1 accepted (there is significant influence between teacher creativity and student activeness to student ability in reading graph On the economic subjects of class XI SMAN1 Tambakrejo Bojonegoro.
