Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe and explain feminism and the educational values that exist in the Novel of Woman with a Red Work by Intan Andaru and its relationship with learning Indonesian in high school. Feminsm in the novel of Woman with a Red Work by Intan Andaru is an existenstialism feminism. While the value of education is the value of religious education, moral education, social education, and cultural education. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source was obtained from the novel of Women with a Red Work by Intan Andaru. The printed novel in March 2019 was printed by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama a member of IKAPI. The data collection in this study with notetaking techniques includes 3 stages, namely survey reading, focused reading, and verification reading. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that there I an analysis of feminism, analysis of existentialism feminism and the values of education is love and affection, devotion, kinship, mutual help, concern a sense of acceptance and belonging, obligations, discipline, tolerance, cooperation, and democratic values. Indonesian language learning in high school uses the 2013 Curriculum, this level of televances is seen from the Core competencies (KI) and Basic Competencies (KD) used.
