Abstrack Lack of learning motivation and the use of learning media in the learning process causes students to lack understanding of the material presented, resulting in unsatisfactory learning outcomes. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using the NHT (Numbered Head Together) cooperative learning model assisted by question box games media on student learning outcomes at MTS Roudloh Semambung in the 2019/2020 academic year. The type of research used is experimental research. The research design used was quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all class VII, while the sample was class VII B as the experimental class and class VII C as the control class. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection methods in this study are the interview method, documentation and test methods. Analysis of the data in this study is to use prerequisite test analysis including the normality test, homogeneity test, balance test and hypothesis testing in this study using t-test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion it is known that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class are higher than the average in the control class, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) type cooperative learning model with media question box games on the learning outcomes of Grade VII students in MTS Roudloh Semambung 2019/2020 school year.
