ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the quality of the learning outcome instruments in the material circle of class VIII students of Mts Darussalam Cepu Semester 2 of the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study were 26 students of MTs Darussalam Cepu. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely tests used to obtain data on student learning outcomes and documentation to obtain data on the names of students and the number of students in the class. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing the validity of the items and the reliability of the items to be used during the research, namely by using the internal consistency validity test and the reliability test. The results of the analysis of the research conducted showed that (1) the quality of the instrument for learning outcomes in the circle of class VIII students was good. (2) Of the 25 multiple choice items, 23 questions were declared valid from the results of the validity test. (3) The alpha coefficient of 0.8967 indicates that the test items already have high (reliable) rebility. Keywords: Estimation, Instrument Quality, Learning Outcomes
