Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine the learning styles of class X MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro students in social studies / economics. (2) Knowing the learning outcomes of class X MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro in Social / Economic subjects. (3) Knowing the effect of learning styles on student learning outcomes of class X MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro in the Social Studies / Economics subject. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using the correlation method. The subjects of this study were students of class X MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro in the social studies / economics subject with 93 students. The instrument used was a learning style questionnaire and documentation. The research data collected were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with percentages, product moment correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study regarding the effect of learning styles on student learning outcomes of class X MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro in Social Sciences / Economics are as follows: (1) The learning styles of class X students of MA Al Rosyid Bojonegoro in social studies / economics are the dominant visual learning styles with a percentage of 40.86%, while the auditory and kinesthetic learning styles were 32.26% and 26.88%, respectively. (2) There is no significant influence of learning styles on the learning outcomes of class X students in the Social Studies / Economics subject. The implication of this research is that this research provides information to educators to apply learning methods that can accommodate students' learning methods, so that students are more active in following the learning process.
