Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe (1) the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro economic students (2) the effect of lecturer competence on IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro economic student satisfaction (3) the influence of service quality and lecturer competence on IKIP PgRI Bojonegoro economic student satisfaction. The population in this study were IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro economics students from level 1 to 4, and the sample used was 114 students. Test the validity of the instrument using Content Vaccosity, and reliability testing using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The analysis prerequisite test consists of multicollinearity test, autokoleration test, heterokedastity test, and normality test. After the prerequisite test, then the hypothesis test is carried out using the multiple regression analysis test, simultaneous test (f), and partial test (t). The results showed (1) there was an influence of service quality on student satisfaction in economics, with tcount = 35.423> ttable = 1.98. (2) there is no influence of lecturer competence on student satisfaction in economics, with t = -1,760 <ttable = 1.98. (3) there is an influence of the service quality and competence of lecturers together on the satisfaction of economic students, Fcount = 887,465> Ftable = 3.21, and R square of 94.1%.
