Abstract
Abstract : This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of online learning on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Miftahul Falah Senori Tuban for the academic year 2020/2021.This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at SMP Miftahul Falah, Senori Tuban, totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is simple linear regression.Based on the results of calculations obtained from the analysis of hypothesis testing of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) at a significant level of 5%, it shows that there is a significant positive effect of online learning on social studies learning outcomes for class VIII at SMP Miftahul Falah, Senori Tuban, which has been proven by calculating the correlation with a significance value of 0.742 > a significance level of 0.05.Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning and social studies learning outcomes for class VIII at SMP Miftahul Falah Senori Tuban for the academic year 2020/2021.
