Abstract
Ganes Adi Wiyono, 17220009, 2021. The Creativity of Social Sience Education Teacher In Improving Studen`t Learning Motivation of Class 12 at High School 2 of Surakarta, Thesis, Pancasila and civic education Departement, Faculty of social science IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Supervisor : Drs. Heru Ismaya, M.H and Novi Mayasari, M. Pd Background: According to UNICEF, there are nearly 1.6 billion students who do not feel like going to school and 2.4 million children are projected to drop out of school and in the WHO and UNESCO video conference, the data achieved by Syaiful Mujani Research and consulting (SMRC) shows that 92% of Indonesian students experience mistakes in doing online learning and when learning online 87% of teacher activities are just asking questions, so that student experience a decrease in leraning notivation Method: This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research which is a research as a key instrument, data collection techniques by means of interviews and documentation to teachers and students as research subjects. Results: Each teacher has their own creativity that can increase student motivation, including giving grades, holding quizzes with prizes, teachers giving homework, punishments, fostering student interest in learning.
