Abstract
SUYANTO.2021. A STUDY OF VOCABULARY TEACHING TECHNIQUES IN AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SDN SUMURCINDE 2 TUBAN. Skripsi. English Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Stage IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. The purpose of the study was to portrayed the vocabulary teaching techniques used by a teacher in English as foreign language learning for young learnes. The study was a case study with the classroom observations as techniques of collecting the data. The data was analyzed through the table of vocabulary teaching techniques which are taken from the video and audio trascription. Participant of this study was an English at on public elementary school in Tuban. The findings were techniques of presentation (using pictures, drawings, meaning definition, and translation), techniques of practicing (repitition drill), and techniques of training (asking for others dictionary use).
