Abstract

Abstract: Kids hut program is one of program on YouTube that can be watched by students. It is used to entertain and educate the students. This research aims to help students at SMP Al Muhammad cepu, Blora pronounce correctly using appropriate and interesting media to make them happy to learn pronunciation in the class. This research generally answers (1) How is the implementation of kids hut program to improve student’ pronunciation and (2) What is the influence of kids hut program help students’ pronunciation. This research implements classroom action research to overcome the problem of students’ pronunciation in the class. Fifteen students in the eighth grade of SMP Al Muhammad Cepu,Blora were taken as respondents of this research. The techniques of collecting data were test(pre-test, and post-tes), questionnaire, and new words’ paper of kids hut program. Based on the research findings, it shows that (1) the students could make progress of their pronunciation in both cycle (2) most students strongly agree about the use of kids hut program to improve students’ pronunciation. It can be concluded that kids hut program is influantial and appropriate to improve students’ pronunciation. Keyword: Kids Hut Program, Pronunciation, Classroom Action Research (CAR)
