Abstract
Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a positive relationship of teacher experience to the creativity of learning in students of class XI SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro. The research method used is correlational research method. Subjects were all students of SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro taken 25 respondents. Data obtained from the interviews of 25 respondents. Data processing using product moment correlation analysis. There is a positive correlation between teacher experience to the existing improvement, hence level of influence between teacher's teaching experience to increase student's creativity in student of class XI SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro is equal to 0,672. This means that there is a significant and positive correlation between teacher experience and learning creativity. Keywords: Master's Experience, Creativity, Economic Learning
