Abstract

ABSTRACK This research is conducted with the aim to know the influence of learning motivation and learning environment on learning achievement on economic subjects of students of economy class XI students SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro. This research was conducted in SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro starting in January 2017 until May 2017. This research uses quantitative research approach by using data collection techniques in the form of documentation and questionnaire. by using instrument test in the form of validity test, internal consistency and reliability test. and using data analysis technique with prerequisite test of normality test analysis and linearity test with hypothesis test. The results of this study obtained from the results of data analysis, internal consistency test value motivation rxy> 0.444. internal consistency rxy environment> 0.444, reliability test 0.955085216 ≥ 0.5, environmental reliability 0,965476384 test of motivation normality with value 0,628> 0,05. normality of learning motivation with value 0,107> 0,05 and test of linearity of motivation with value 0,629> 0,05, test of environmental linearity with value 0,751> 0,05 and test of motivation hypothesis Ha value sig 0,002 <0.05 hence hypothesis rejected with error level 5 % (0.05). test of learning environment hypothesis Ha sig value 0.94> 0.05 then hypothesis H_0 accepted with error level 5% (0,05). Based on test which have been done concluded that motivation have an effect on to student's learning achievement and environment have no effect to student achievement students of SMK PGRI 2 Bojonegoro.
