The aim of this study is to investigate students' perceptions in reflective writing using google docs and to find out student reflections using google docs. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA Muhammadiyah 2 Sumberejo High School. This research method is qualitative and case study design. Data collection procedures are interviews and documentation. From the interview the writer took six students for the interview. Then the authors analyze the data with methodological triangulation methods. The results of this study indicate; (1) Students give positive and good perceptions about reflective narrative writing using Google Docs, and (2) students can reflect on their writing through Facebook groups by discussing with friends and, student learning achievement has increased by learning to write reflective using Google Doc. So it can be concluded that reflective narrative writing using Google Doc gets positive responses from students and also increases student learning achievement.
