Abstract

This study aims to improve the creativity and the learning outcomes of Education Pancasila and Citizenship through, model learning Group Investigation on students grade IXG SMP Negeri I Kunduran. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is conducted with II cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages : (1) planning, (2) implementing the action, (3) observation and evaluation and (4) reflection. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1). There is an increase in students’ learning creativity, the average f the first cycle is 2,38 in the sufficient category (C), the second cycle increases t 3,14 in the good category (B). There is an increase in average learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 72.50, the first cycle of 79,13 and in the second cycle it increases to 84.00, classical completeness in the precycle 56,25 %, the first cycle 78.13 %, and second cycle t 90.63 %.
