Abstract

Abstract: This study was carried out with the aim of knowing the analysis of the use of Instagram social media on the sale of zyshoes.id fashion store products. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subject is the owner of the fashion store "Zyshoes.id Bojonegoro" because the owner himself manages the online shop himself. This study uses data analysis stages which include data classification, data analysis, data description, and data interpretation. The results of this study are the use of Instagram social media by Zyshoes.id greatly affects the sales of zyshoes.id fashion store products. This can be seen from the number of followers that is increasing day by day accompanied by income from sales each month which has also increased since Zyshoes.id's promotion through social media Instragram. The use of Instagram in the zyshoes.id fashion store business through the zyshoes.id instagram account in conducting online promotions is the right step because Instagram is like a physical store miniaturization Keywords: social media, instagram, product sales
