Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine: 1) How is consumer satisfaction with shopee online shop. 2) What are the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with shopee online shop. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources using purposive sampling consisting of 38 Economic Education Study Program Students IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro Class of 2017 who use Shopee's online shop and 9 supporting students who use Shopee's online shop. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. Online shops bring great business opportunities such as selling products and providing online services and revenue growth for companies due to their easy nature, lower costs. Shopee online shop provides its own satisfaction for students, namely shortening the time in shopping, the many promos offered by shopee, many choices of goods and also cheaper prices. Shopee online shop also provides causal factors for users such as product quality, service quality, price, time saving and practicality. So the application of using shopee online shop is one very important factor for students. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Shopee
