Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is one of the most vital components in the formation of quality human resources. In developing educational abilities, learning continues to develop over time. In general, national education has made significant progress, but behind the success experienced cannot be separated from the shortcomings, the shortcomings that still need to be improved are student learning outcomes, in a simple sense education is often referred to as fostering a personality that is in accordance with the values in society and culture and religion. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the level of influence of teaching variations on achievement. (2). This is to determine the level of influence of learning discipline on achievement. (3) To determine whether there is an effect of variations in teaching and learning discipline on learning achievement. The results of this study 1. Teaching variation has no effect on student achievement at Al-Fattah Kalitidu High School. This is indicated by the results of the t test statistic for the variable variation of teaching with a t value of 1.002 with a significance value of 0.321 greater than 0.05 (0.321> 0.05). 2. Learning discipline does not have a positive effect on achievement at Al-Fattah Kalitidu Middle School. This is indicated by the statistical results of the t test for learning discipline with a t value of -0.544 with a significance value of 0.589 greater than 0.05 (0.589> 0.05). 3. Variations in teaching and learning discipline together do not have a positive effect on achievement at Al-Fattah Kalitidu High School. This is evidenced by the statistical results of Fcount of 0.503 with a significance of 0.607. Therefore the significance value is greater than 0.05 (0.607> 0.05), Key words: Teaching Variation, Learning Discipline, learning achievement
